Yesterday I mentioned something about a new blog and trying to be professional. Here are all the details. You know how I said that I started the Unashamed Love posts, I decided to make it it’s own blog. In doing so, I’m more likely to post regularly on it. I wanted to make it it’s own blog because I mentioned it to my coworker who is supervising my hours. She asked for the link to it. I refuse to give her a link to this post.
This blog is personal. I’m picking about who I intentionally share it with. In talking with my coworker, I know that I don’t want to share my personal struggle with porn addiction with her. Some of the comments that she’s made have unintentionally made me feel bad. The way she has talked about people who have sex addictions has puzzled me.
Some things she said made me feel like she was talking about serial sex offenders instead of sexual addicts. Those with sexual addictions are not sex offenders. Some may be, but most are not. I hate it when people lump them all together or make me feel like a horrible person for my addiction.
Anyway, the new blog, UnAshamed Love is up at unashamedloveblog.wordpress.com though there are no posts at the moment. The blog is still in progress. Working to make it look pretty and professional. I have printed off some business cards with my blog on it. I want to show what I am about.
I now have 3 blogs. I must be slightly crazy. Doing this with my full-time job is difficult, but I believe I can make time to be productive. I plan to continue this blog daily. My 2nd blog True Jazz will be updated weekly, on Saturday. That blog will focus on more creative stuffs such as stories, poems, and letters. The third and newest blog will post weekly, on Sunday. It will vary between factual posts and opinion pieces. Additionally, I’ll link to other articles throughout the week as I see fit.
I plan to post my last unashamed love post from this blog to my other blog. That way there is something there. I will be fixing the layout of blog 3. It should be updated and looking nice by Sunday when I post my first new and original post. I am excited to for this opportunity. I’m so excited about what my future holds. I hope that this can open up some new opportunities for me.
